An interesting album that has a great balance of experimentation while exploring many heavy genres that we are familiar with.Ģ3. I also love how he uses different vocal techniques on different songs to great effect, sometimes reminiscent of Mudhoney or Monster Magnet and other times something altogether different. The diversity between the tracks-and even within some track-is impressive on this killer release titled Moonbeams. (Doom, Garage, Punk, Grunge, Psych, Stoner)īased in Hutto, Texas, Swamp Records’ own Clyde Von Klaus is quickly becoming one of my favorite one-man projects. In case I have not pleaded their case enough, we are talking about riffs, majestic riffs, more riffs and huge riffs! Crypt Witch do not piss around with quiet atmospherics or calm passages – this is heavy, fuzzed up guitar playing that wants to get your head nodding while you drool over classic offerings from Electric Wizard & Sleep.
There are a lot of generic Stoner/Earthless clones clogging up my collection and I am growing weary my friends… But worry ye not – this is a different beast. (Doom, Psych, Stoner, Sludge, Metal, Instrumental)Īpart from some samples, these are instrumental tracks… …which a lot of the time gets my heart sinking. MOUNTAINS OF MADNESS – HOLD MY BEER / NEW! LADY LUNA AND THE DEVIL – MOTHER OF ALL SIN / NEW!Ģ6. This is a one-stop shop for the best new albums in the world…Ģ7. The results are compiled and tabulated into the chart below. This is the regular December 2021 edition of the Doom Charts. This is not a glance back at what the year brought. but moons of madness might be the poster child for what Denuvo can do to a game. It’s a new dawn… It’s a new day… It’s a new life, for me… And I’m feeling good… ~ Cy Grant / Nina Simone I honestly think you need to remove the denuvo from the game, I am always one to defend denuvo, As I've never seen it wreck a game's performance so thoroughly. ( which I'm fine with, loading a new area whilst saving can do it, no big deal )īut this is immersion shattering performance issues, this is not what you want in your psychological horror game. I was getting 3fps in parts, and the game mostly runs at a solid 120 when I set it there - and only slightly hitched here and there. nobody is flawless in running the game - you notice the performance take a massive dive at the water reclamation sequence - and then it goes even further down when you get the first chase.
Yes, your game looks great - but there's no reason ANY pc shouldn't be able to run this game on it's head.
I have not seen a single person play this game without a myriad of game-immerison breaking frame drops, unloaded textures - outright crashes - and other assorted bugs. Please don't ban me or remove my post devs - this is a serious issue.
